The menu ranges from the classic Sidecar to the Ice Breaker, a tequila-based cocktail, all prepared with care and a deft hand. There are also beers, wines and spirits to choose from, depending on what you feel like drinking.
A horse chestnut counter anchors the room, where the atmosphere is quiet and unhurried. The bar has the polish of an authentic cocktail bar without feeling formal, and the bartender’s friendly manner makes it comfortable to drop in alone.
The bar is on the 2 floor of a building in Nakano 5-chome, and opens from 19:00 until 3:00 the following morning, Monday to Saturday. Table service and food are available, and credit cards are accepted. It’s a reassuring place to stop for a quiet drink late at night.
